The Norwegian Operators Conference (NOC) is an annual conference that was started in 2003.
Originally presenting the newcomers on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, NOC has gradually become a forum where the key NCS operators present their plans and perspectives for the coming year.
Held in the scond half of November, the conference is thus right on target for disclosing investment levels and plans for 2013. In 2011 the NOC conference gathered over 350 participants which is a new record, and the feedback (4.01 out of five) meant that the lecturers, exhibitors and artists had made a unique conference.
