OPPORTUNITIES IN ABUNDANCE

Every year, in the second half of November, you have a unique opportunity to learn about the future strategies and plans for the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS). At the 2012 Norwegian Operators Conference 15 key operators willl be presenting their plans and investment opportunities for the coming years. This year NOC is being held for the 10th time.

This anniversary conference is one of the most exiciting in many years, with an abundance of opportunities for the suppliers industry. Most of the 15 companies presenting themselves have their own multi billion dollar investment plans for a wide range of developments, ranging from new platforms, to IOR developments, subsea tiebacks, to drilling and decommissioning plans.

BE THE FIRST TO KNOW

  • Will Lundin find another Johan Sverdrup?
  • Will Wintershall succeed in further brightening the Northern North Sea.
  • Will installations like Exxon Mobil's Ringhorne and Balder see their field life extended?
  • How will Statoil develop its IOR, its Fast Track and its Rig programmes?
  • Has Det norske another ace up its sleeve?
  • How is Norske Shell going about spending NOK 70bn on the Norwegian Continental Shelf?
  • What plans has Centrica after spending several billion NOK?
  • Will ENI unlock other secrets in the Barents Sea?
  • What will the Big Ones like ConocoPhillips, Total, GDF Suez and BP accomplish over the
next few years on the NCS?

These questions, as well as contributions from Petoro, RWEDea and BG Norge and the omnipresent Jarand Rystad of Rystad Energy will make the 10th NOC one of the most interesting conferences of its kind in a decade. Normally drawing more than 350 participants, this represents a unique chance to update yourself on the NCS future, and to meet your peers in interesting and (in the evening) festive surroundings.

So I look forward to welcoming you to Stavanger in November and meeting you at the 10th Norwegian Operators Conference.
